Our client, a well-established and industry-leading business in the Technology sector is seeking a Graduate Power Platform Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is seeking a Graduate Power Platform Analyst to join their team, providing a high level of technical support to both Consultants and Developers delivering bespoke solutions using the product portfolio, particular ShrarePoint andthe Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide valuable project support to the team of Consultants and Developers
- Be the first point of contact for the team, delivering outstanding customer service to both external customers and prospective new business
- Recognize and develop opportunities for existing customers, suggesting improvements or technical enhancements to improve the services
- Completing technical tickets received through the ticketing system
- Communicate effectively with clients externally and internal stakeholders

Key Experience:

- Experience with the MS 365 Stack, including Office 365
- SharePoint / Dynamics experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication, with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels
- A solid understanding of web-based software and relational databases
- Previous experience with any Microsoft business software would be advantageous
