**Role & Responsibilities**

As a Car Park Host, you'll play a key role in making sure our members find parking without a hitch. You'll manage the flow of cars, help our clients and customers find available spaces, and provide a warm welcome to everyone entering our premises. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Directing incoming and outgoing traffic
- Insuring members find a parking space efficiently
- Overseeing the overall flow and control of the car park
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any car park related issues
- Assisting customers to use the car park system
- Upholding our high standards of safety and cleanliness in the car park area

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends
- Basic problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail to manage parking spaces effectively
- Physical fitness for regular outdoor movement
