We are looking to recruit an Internal Technical Sales Executive for the newly created Building Envelope team, who will act as first point of contact for our customer base, delivering the ultimate in technical support, develop robust relationships with keyaccounts and enhance sales and profitability within the company.

**What does the role involve?**
As an **Internal Technical Sales Executive**you will be the front line for technical, sales and customer service engagement with our customers. Regularly engaging with our external sales force, you will be pricing enquiries as well as receiveand process orders onto our system and maintain our sales records via our Salesforce system. In this position you will be expected to enforce strong working relationships with all key accounts and will manage their expectations around product availabilityand delivery schedules.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Construction industry knowledge, ideally within fire, thermal and acoustic insulation
- The ability to deliver good quality customer service
- Experience in sales-driven environments and building relationships with customers
- An aptitude that can be applied to both technical and commercial situations
- IT literate with extremely good attention to detail
