Trades 360 is recruiting for a Architectural Technologist required to join a bustling, Manchester city-centre studio to work on an exciting range of projects. The company offer one of the best hybrid working models around.

My client is a medium sized architectural practice offering robust, client focused advice and building solutions.

**What we are looking for**:
An experienced and appropriately qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist. Someone with approx over 3 years experience working in an Architectural studio or similar environment. Ideally this person will have experience working within the motor car showroom industry and proven experience using AutoCAD & REVIT software.

The Role:

- Projects ranging from small to large projects
- Hybrid working
- Producing sections, elevations, site plan layouts, details, design & access statement
- Coordinating with different stakeholders - contractors, suppliers, local authorities etc

**Requirements**:

- Predominant use of Revit and AutoCAD
- Ability to produce Technical Drawings
- A background in motor showrooms would be preferable but this is not a deal breaker if no experience.

Salaries and packages are all dependent on experience.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Permanent, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

- Manchester, M3 1WY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
