Job Summary:

- Input various accounts payable invoices timely and accurately.
- Calculate, forecast, and monitor cash needs for A/P disbursements.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Review employee travel reimbursements for compliance to company travel policy. Accept reports or return noncompliant reports.
- Manage vendor invoice payment to meet customer term, but also manage the cash flow.
- Manage and oversee company purchasing credit card using for compliance to company policies.
- Provide analysis such as vendor history and payments.
- Issue bill payments, cash pro payments for international and intercompany payments.
- Address all auditor inquiries related to accounts payable.
- Review and approve CSA America Concur reports for accounting purposes.
- Review and manage CSA America purchasing cards usage and report.
- Assist accounting manager and financial controller on any assigned duties.
