Order Picker/packer

Underwood Meat Company, specialists in the production of fresh meat products, are looking for enthusiastic Order Pickers to work in our progressive, and fast-paced, meat production facility.

This position has a wide range of duties, including:
Following management and supervisor instructions, specifically in relation to the task in hand.

Main responsibilities include picking and packing fresh raw meat products efficiently to both customer and company requirements, package complete orders to customer specifications, ensure compliance with detection procedures and maintain stock rotation in finished goods areas. Ensure the company fulfils customer requirements in a timely manner.

The Order Picker will also have a responsibility to keep their work area clean and tidy, at all times, and dispose of waste in the appropriate manner.

No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be given.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
