**Automation Engineer**

My client, part of a major international group, is a **FOOD / FMCG** manufacturing business with an extensive portfolio of market leading brands.

Engineering capability is at the forefront of the business, and they now require a high calibre **Automation Engineer**, to join them on their ongoing journey.

If you have a background in **Automation Engineering** gained as either an **Automation Engineer**or**Control Systems Engineer,** then please keep readingThe role of **Automation Engineer**is a key role for the business. You will ensure the implementation and start-up phases of Capital Investment Projects are met, following the Project Brief and Design Specifications. You will lead all MES andAutomation related activities in line with corporate process policies in terms of quality, safety, and compliance, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and fulfilling the agreed objectives.
- Qualified in a technical engineering discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.
- Good technical knowledge of MES Systems and Process Control (SCADA & PLC) systems. Rockwell Automation technologies and Wonderware Systems would be a plus.
- Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team with experience supporting Capital Expenditure projects.
