Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off rotational days and nights
- the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a small team
- follow instructions thoroughly and have an eye for detail
- Good level of fitness due to physical nature of job
- Punctuality and be flexible
- Driving licence is preferred but not essential (possible shunter training)

They will report directly to the Packing Supervisor.
