Real Care Children Services is a Crisis & Respite Service that supports young people whose current placements may be at risk and their local authority does not have a relocation plan for them. We work all over the UK providing our support and services to those in need.

This role also gives you flexibility to take on different assignments as they come in, where you can work across a range of settings from hospitals, children's homes, secure transportation or providing support in the family home.

- Be able to work away from home as not all work is guaranteed locally. (Employees will be paid in full for all travel time incurred)
- You will consider yourself to me a resilient and reliable individual who is able to remain calm in situations that may be difficult and challenging
- Our young people are cared for on a 24 hour basis and you will be required to work some sleep-ins in order to support this.
- Receive double time pay for all bank holidays
