**Contract**: Permanent, full time

We are looking to appoint an innovative and experienced full time Head of English on a permanent contract basis.

You will be a team player within Felixstowe School and within the wider Trust. You will be keen to lead your team to enhance the extra-curricular offer, improve overall teaching and learning and ensure students and your team meet their potential.

Our modern facilities provide an excellent environment to work in, and our thriving Sixth Form continues to grow, as do the numbers in other year groups; our 2023 Year 7 intake is the largest in over ten years as the school becomes increasingly popular.

CPD is important at Felixstowe School we are looking for a Head of Department who is keen to learn and ensure they see CPD as part of their wider role.
