Duties will include:

- Support the timely reporting of the purchase ledger and associated reconciliations, work closely across the business with any queries.
- Work closely with suppliers and build efficient supplier relationships, to ease queries.
- Assist with the allocation of cash and provide accuracy around the daily cashflow.
- Assist with the sales processing and the raising of invoices for customer accounts.
- Assist the current finance team with associated transactional tasks that feed into the month end closure.
- Monitor the credit card payments and monthly expenses submission.

The department is fast paced and requires someone who can bring with them a good background and transactional processing at all levels, you will have gained confidence and be able to think on your feet. The company has a strong retention record and is looking to bring the an effective team player into the business, who can support the team and be flexible in their approach and experience.

In return you will be joining an exciting team, good holiday entitlement and possible study support if required at AAT level, or entry level. But the role doesn’t necessarily need a studier, so experience will be highly desirable.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
