- 2+ years of experience working as an air import operator in a freight forwarding environment
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations and customs regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in DataFreight, ASM Sequoia & CDS
- Experience in handling dangerous goods movements is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Coordinating the import of goods via air freight from origin to destination
- Communicating with airlines, clients and other partners to ensure smooth delivery of goods
- Monitoring flight schedules and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Handling customs clearance and compliance with import regulations
- Processing documentation, including AWBs, invoices, and packing lists
- Communicating with customers to provide updates on shipment status and addressing any issues that arise
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing process improvements
