**What your day will look like**:
The people we support are often assisted with every element of their lives within their own home or out in the community. With a focus on person-centred care, you will be required to support their needs while on duty and will be responsible for ensuring the persons health, safety and wellbeing are maintained while responding appropriately to any challenging behaviour or emergency situations which may arise, this will also include personal care. You will be part of creating a positive environment in which the people we support feel safe.
