**About us**

Mini Merrys Private Day Nursery is a small private nursery in Seaton Delaval, Whitley Bay.

We are seeking an excellent Level 3 Nursery Assistant that wants to work in a friendly, nurturing nursery, with caring staff and fun loving children.

We support staff well-being in many ways including an extra day off on your birthday and treats for the staff member of the month We love to go out for tea as a staff too.

We are keen to employ someone who will contribute towards new initiatives, and support our hard working team during this exciting time. We are still a fairly small Nursery with a homely atmosphere and an emphasis on outdoor play. We pride ourselves in the kind nurturing approach we have and the excellent relationships we form with children, parents and staff.

Main Roles of Nursery Assistant Include:
To create a fun learning environment through activities and play following the EYFS framework

To plan specifically for children aged 0-4, with clear learning outcomes and next steps

To implement safeguarding policies and procedures, and Ofsted requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 25-39 per week

**Salary**: £10.64-£11.90 per hour
