Temporary Administrator Bradley Stoke

On behalf of our client we are seeking a **temporary Administrator with excellent communication skills to temp whilst they find someone on a permanent basis**. This is pay c£11-13 per hour and is working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (or 7.30am - 3.30pm if preferred)
You will be responsible for delivering industry-leading playground aftercare with the customer at the forefront, ensuring all repairs are in line with the highest standards in the industry. They are looking for self-motivated, resilient, confident individual to drive customer service in their Aftercare Team, consistently showcasing their values and ensuring customers are effectively informed and communicated with throughout the customer journey.
**Responsibilities**
Understanding of installation methods and equipment
Preparation of work instructions for our installers
Identifying and ordering the necessary equipment/materials/plant for the job
Solid understanding of the work schedule/source data
Understanding of scheduling and forward planning ability
Understand the customer’s needs to find the best and quickest solution
**About you**
Effective communicator, remaining **empathetic** and diligent at all times. Natural ability to build rapport over the phone
Experience in a customer service environment/ complaints handling
Ability to manage own workload
Strong time management
Competent Microsoft package
**Experience Required**
Very Organised
Good PC skills
Great people skills (talking to schools who are mainly their clients)
This is based in North Bristol (Bradley Stoke)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
