Bms Supervisor

**Job Title: BMS Supervisor**

**Salary Range: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum**

**Location: East London (Static)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Provide expert knowledge, guidance, and leadership** in the development of the BMS.

2. **Lead and direct internal staff and contractors** in the planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance of the BMS, including system and software upgrades.

3. **Complete fault diagnosis and rectification** on the whole range of BMS equipment.
- **Knowledge, experience, and demonstrable training** in Trend BMS, including 963, IQVision, and SET.
- **Computer and IT literacy**.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**.
- **Organizational skills and punctuality**.
- **Experience in customer service**.
- **Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment**.
