Bar Staff/waitress

Job Overview:
We are seeking experianced, friendly and customer-oriented bar and waiting to join our team at Blackmill bar and restaurant in Carronshore. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any customer inquiries
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide assistance when needed
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Knowledge of kitchen operations to communicate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
