- Running the small but fast-paced kitchen, including opening and closing.
- Prep for the week ahead and run service of a basic menu but with maximum care and presentation.
- Stock management and helping out with washing up where required.
- Any other duties required.
- ** Tues-Thurs 7:30 am-4:30 pm & Sat/Sun 8:30 am-4:30 pm - 5 days per week.**:

- £12 per hour (paid weekly).

**About you**:

- Demonstratable history of running a kitchen.
- Passionate about food and cooking.
- Level 3 hygiene certificate. (advantageous)
- Attentive and calm manner.
- Local to Wallingford or can commute.
