My client is a successful independent recruitment company specialising in the lucrative financial services market.

We are looking for a recruiter to join their Wealth Management team. You will work on job titles such as Investment Manager, Financial Adviser, and Financial Analyst.

The company has an excellent track record of getting new hires billing quickly. You will be given hot jobs to work on as you start learning the market and building a target client list.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and job boards
- Build and sustain enduring relationships with clients
- Craft engaging job listings

**Requirements**:

- Proven recruitment agency experience
- Exceptional self-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interaction
- Excellent organisational skills and capacity to prioritise a demanding workload
- An outgoing personality and a natural ability to influence people and situations
