My client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked, full service law firm offering legal advice to UK and international businesses as well as individuals and families. As a result of recent growth they have restructured their HR department and are seeking adedicated **Talent Acquisition Manager** to help to help grow the firm further.

Utilising key workforce information and data, the post-holder will work with the Heads of Departments to understand current and future workforce requirements in order to support the development of and implementation of the Firm’s recruitment strategy tomeet the needs of the Firm’s continued growth.

This is a demanding, target driven role that will require someone with enthusiasm to identify, source, recruit and integrate the best talent available into the Firm.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Conducting and contributing regular research and robust awareness of the legal recruitment market
- Mapping and understanding the current recruitment market across each of the business sectors;
- Collaborate with the Heads of Departments to create recruitment plans for each the Departments;
- Manage, lead and drive the Firm’s recruitment activity including that of trainee solicitors
- Provide hands on operational support across the end to end recruitment and on-boarding cycle - through all stages including approval, attraction, selection, offer and pre-employment checks an also during the firm’s probationary period to ensure that newemployees are supported
- Maintaining key stakeholder relationships with recruitment agents and the University of Law
- Managing the Firm’s overhead and costs with recruitment agents and looking to drive value for money through this process;
- Attending events, job fairs and other activities to identify and source potential avenues for new recruitment.
- Creating recruitment plans, with the heads of department for each of the departments within the Firm
- Play an active part in succession planning and talent mapping
