Ftsa St3+ in Trauma

FIXED TERM SERVICE APPOINTMENT TO COVER TRAINING POST Specialty Registrar ST3 +

Applications are invited for a fixed term appointment for service covering a training post (ST3+ level) in the Department of Trauma & Orthopaedics.

The post is available to commence 4thSeptember 2023 until 6thAugust 2024.

This post is NOT recognised for training.

References will be required to cover a minimum of three years of previous employment and/or training.

The University Hospital of Wales is a busy trauma centre and provides tertiary referral service for spinal trauma, pelvic and acetabular trauma and complex limb trauma. The Elective service is based at Llandough Hospital and is one of the busiest orthopaedic centres in the UK with over 10,000 orthopaedic operations performed in the last financial year.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Boardis one of the largest Integrated Health Boards in the UK, employing over 15,000 staff, providing over 100 specialist services.
