Dropship Buyer

**Job Title**: Dropship Buyer SDA / MDA

Work closely with the Category Manager and Buying teams to deliver the online range expansion strategy. Source high quality and reliable suppliers to expand our existing product ranges and excite the customer with new product innovation. Pay close attention to the sales and margin budgets and ensure that we agree compelling trading plans to provide consumers with great value promotions. Work with the Marketing & E-Commerce teams to promote products effectively, reaching as many customers as possible, whilst liaising with the Dropship Vendor Management team to ensure suppliers are adhering to their contractual SLAs.

Specific Skills and Experience

Strong understanding of e-commerce trading and the role social media plays in consumer buying habits.
At least 3 years' experience of buying an online Category with a proven track record of delivering exceptional growth.
An understanding of Dropship Vending and the risks and rewards associated with this method of sourcing product.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Highly organised individual with a strong background in negotiation and influencing.
Used to working towards and reporting against financial KPIs (sales, margin, range expansion etc.)
