Our client is a leading online tour operator based in the UK, selling holidays nationwide.
**THE ROLE**
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive.
Key responsibilities:
- Fulfil all customer enquiries to an exceptional standard.
- Manage a high-volume of calls and queries from clients from documentation to booking details.
- Issue prices, quotas and booking amendments.
- Investigate anomalies and irregularities and resolve escalated issues.
- Follow up suppliers and colleagues for documentation and confirmations.
- Address critical/crisis support as required.
- Effectively manage all changes and arrange suitable alternatives for the customers to maximise profitability.
- Discuss all available options for customers to fulfil their requirements.
**THE PERSON**
Key skills, qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience within the travel industry is desirable.
- Proven experience within a customer service fast-paced office environment.
- GDS experience with Galileo is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Ability to manage own workload within tithe deadlines.
