**Role overview**

The Brand Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the rest of the Brand team to develop and execute our brand partners’ campaign plans across multiple platforms.

**What you'll be doing**

Day to day, this role will work alongside the Marketing Manager to execute branded projects, working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. You’ll support our team of Brand Executives and Marketing Manager to implement campaigns which drive brand awareness, loyalty, customer lifetime value and sales.

You’ll join part of our new and fast growing in-house brand department who work as an extension of our partners’ marketing teams.

This role is incredibly varied, and you could go from ensuring the brand is well represented on Amazon through its Brand Registry programme to implementing social media and PR plans on behalf of the brand.

An ideal entry route for someone who would like to develop their skills in brand management and marketing principles.

**How you'll do it**
- Follow the Marketing Manager’s project plan to develop, upload and monitor content for chosen brands in line with project deadlines
- Support brand partners through the Amazon Brand Registry programme which includes content optimisation, competitor analysis and coordinating design
- Undertake competitor analysis and research to create a benchmark and standards of optimised content to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Regular review of listed products, ensuring content and assets remain optimised to protect brand equity
- Ensure all Amazon listing pages are retail ready to support the promotional and marketing plan
- Utilise marketplace tools to research new opportunities for the business and ensure Pricecheck always has best in class content in line with industry, market and consumer behaviour
- Maintaining and updating listings, and raising cases with Amazon to help get issues resolved
- Support with the implementation of a brand’s social media strategy, from drafting and uploading of content through to briefing in asset design
- Coordinating design artwork or photography requirements with our internal teams
- Support the marketing manager with the implementation of the media relations strategy, this could include creating press packs, drafting press releases or handling interviews
- Coordinate any relevant influencer activity, including research and relationship management
- Support our Brand Executives with implementing the marketing strategies
- Ad hoc task support when needed by the Marketing Manager

**What we're looking for**

Essential
- Creative flair with an eye for digital merchandising and the ability to think outside of the box
- Strong writing proficiency, writing and editing with speed and accuracy
- Organised and efficient, able to work to tight project deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to follow instruction and work well as part of a team, but also use your initiative to question and seek out better ways of doing things
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and ownership with a real sense of personal responsibility

Desirable
- The role may require occasional travel so a driving license would be advantageous
- Some experience in a B2C or FMCG marketing environment
