**Contract type**: Full Time, 37 hours per week and 52 weeks per year

**Contract term**:Permanent

We want you to be a success in your role, therefore the first few weeks will be in the office for induction and training. Once your initial training is completed, office attendance is once a week for the whole team to get together. On your other working days, we will ensure you have the equipment you need to work from home or you can choose to work from the office.

As you will be a first point of contact for the HR helpdesk, customer service is critical as you will need to ensure the highest-level valued client experience based on courtesy, quality and timeliness.

You will have a busy and varied workload in all transactional HR processing tasks including actioning contract changes, supporting recruitment processes, issuing contracts and contract change letters and replying to internal and external queries. You will update and maintain our HR system to ensure employee records are recorded correctly and offer user support to our staff.
