**Duties**:

- Following the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties list

Operation of dishwasher machine
- Assisting as required in basic food preparation under the supervision of the Head Chef
- Unload deliveries of food and equipment to the kitchen
- Organise the Storeroom, making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored
- Cleaning and disinfecting all areas of food preparation & kitchen appliances
- Collecting, washing, and returning all off pots, pans, plates and cutlery
- Removing and recycling waste from the kitchen
- Unloading deliveries
- Collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic hospitality team
