Therapy Assistant Practitioner, Band 4 Part-time 22.5 hours
You will provide Therapy Assistant input to clients admitted to the Greenwich Discharge to Assess (D2A) units. will work alongside the Multidisciplinary team to ensure patients within the D2A units receive optimum rehabilitation to facilitate their discharge.

You will be expected to carry out therapy programmes as prescribed by physiotherapist and Occupational therapist including group exercise therapy, individual exercise programmes, assisting with moving and handling and prescribing and reviewing non complex equipment for safe discharge in conjunction with the Physio and Occupational Therapist. The post holder will be required to work in a multidisciplinary way and work jointly with the other team members to ensure that all therapy care needs are met and to plan for safe discharge.

You will be committed to a person-centred approach to your work, have an ability to prioritise and work flexibly. Working alongside our provider teams and Multidisciplinary team.
