Pathways Coordinators are an integral part of the Outpatient team, looking after patients from point of referral to discharge, ensuring that the process is both efficient and effective. This is achieved by accurately processing and actively monitoring the flow of information throughout the patient pathway.

The role would suit someone who is good at multitasking, problem solving with an empathetic nature, who has a passion for helping patients.

The Pathways team is currently made up of 5 staff members based in the Outpatients department at Dorking Community Hospital, as we are seeing the number of patients grow we are looking to expand our team.
