Our client is a fast-growing recruitment firm looking to hire people with 2 years+ 360 recruitment experience.

This role will be focusing on the **Life Sciences** desk.

**Location: London**

**OTE: Over £100k uncapped**

**The Role**:

- As a 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying leads and outreaching to develop new business
- You will meet with hiring managers to understand the brief and build a strategy to deliver and manage recruitment campaigns
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
- Look for new opportunities to grow the business and expand its reach
- Continue to develop your understanding and knowledge as an expert in the market, via networking and events
- Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally - attending networking events to build your business

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area preferred
- 2+ years business development experience
