**Who we're looking for...**

**Ward Clerk**

**To assist the ward team, ensuring the smooth functioning of the unit through effective communication, general business administration and appropriate interactions with patients and the multidisciplinary team.**

**To provide reception duties for the unit including making outpatient appointments and prioritising and judging where action is needed in relation to consultants, nursing, patients and administration requests.**

**To be responsible for the collation of all patient records/x-rays for forthcoming admissions.**

**All activities will be under the direction of the Ward Manager, or senior nurse.
