**JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT HANDLER - SME COMMERCIAL**

**LOCATION: LIVERPOOL, WITH HYBRID-WORKING**

**SALARY: £25,000-£28,000 PLUS BENEFITS**

Are you an insurance Account Handler with experience across Commercial lines, seeking a new opportunity with a growing brokerage based in Liverpool City Centre?

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
NJR Recruitment are delighted to be able to bring to market a new opportunity for an Account Handler to join a well-regarded independent insurance brokerage based in Liverpool City Centre as part of their SME team.

As Account Handler, you will be joining a friendly team of brokers to handle a book of SME business across general cross-class commercial policies. Therefore, you will need to have strong, proven commercial insurance knowledge and experience.

You will be responsible for servicing clients through managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and developing excellent relationships.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience within the commercial insurance arena, ideally working as Account Handler for a brokerage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and maintain strong relationships.
- Able to demonstrate good technical insurance knowledge.
- Will be organised, able to manage your time effectively and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
