Our Client is searching for an Administrator to join their market leading company providing education and assessments for safety. They use modern, fun, and exciting methods to educate people all over the UK with a massive success rate

We are looking for the right individual who will be a part of the training support team which provides full training, mentoring and a fantastic career progression pathway within a rapidly growing organisation. You will be responsible for all areas of administration relating to accredited courses.

Main duties and responsibilities,
- Answering important phone calls from customers
- Completion of paperwork and documents
- Ordering and distribution of course materials
- Application and dispatch of all certificates
- Keeping the system updated with course information
- Maintaining course paperwork filling systems
- All other admin duties
- Assisting the Administration Department with projects

Skills and attributes,
- Experience working in lively surroundings
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to go above and beyond for customers
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
- Good communication skills and an professional telephone manner
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good Eye for detail
- Able to work effectively in a brilliant team
- Strong time management and priorities skills
- Positive, proactive and motivated
