Customer Service Specalist

Our client is growing their mission to help end single use in the supply of household cleaning, laundry & personal care goods. They’re looking for someone to be the first point of contact for fill seekers & refill stores.

As a customer support specialist, you’ll be a vital point of contact for their customers, helping to ensure they have everything they need & keeping them informed about products, ingredients, processes, deliveries, returns & everything else that’s goingon.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take care of customer questions via phone, mail, online & chat
- Respond to customers in a timely, friendly & professional manner.
- Resolve any customer issues & work hard to solve problems for/with them
- Maintain records and track communications
- Assist customers with placing orders and make product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Think creatively about potential opportunities for refill
- Create and respond to communications based on brand/style guidelines.
