We are looking for a HSSEQ Advisor for our company Jifmar Scotland.

The main missions will be:

- Raise awareness and train staff on the quality approach.
- Analyse non-conformities, define and recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
- Monitore and continuous imrovement of the subsidiary's documentation system (document control, change requests).
- Prepare management reviews (data collection, implementation and monitoring of monthly process KPIs, annual process review).
- Ensuring compliance with the accident and TI procedure (reporting, opening, investigation, implementation of corrective actions and follow-up), and producing investigation reports where necessary.
- Follow-up of NC and action plan for internal and external audits at subsidiaries.
- HSEQ induction for new employees.
- Perform regulatory watch.

Within the role there will be the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the industry with the potential of becoming HSEQ Manager for the Company.

Knowledge required for the position:

- Quality assurance system
- Audit techniques
- Problem-solving methods
- ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and if possible, ISM/MLC standards
- Knowledge of UK regulations
- Designing and implementing a quality awareness system
- NEBOSH certification is desirable but not essential

Skills required for the position:

- Experience in a similar or equivalent position ideally with off-shore marine industry, windfarm or oil and gas
- Autonomy
- Method and organization
- Rigor and confidentiality
- Listening skills, contact skills, interpersonal skills
- Work in project mode
