**Job Title: Mini Soccer Referee**

**Job Type**: Part-time, Seasonal, After School

As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Mini Soccer Referees as part of our new initiative.

**Responsibilities**: As a Mini Soccer Referee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play, safety, and an enjoyable experience for young football players.

Responsibilities include:

- Officiating foundation phase football matches with fairness and impartiality.
- Enforcing the rules of the game and maintaining a safe playing environment.
- Promoting sportsmanship and positive behaviour among players, coaches, and spectators.
- Communicating effectively with players and coaches.
- Resolving disputes and conflicts on the field in a calm and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of football laws of the game
- Experience in refereeing children's football matches (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- A passion for youth development through sports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age requirement: 14yrs old, as per FA rules.
- Completion of FA Referees Course, Registration/Affiliation Number and FAN number
- Availability on weekdays after school - Tuesdays and Wednesdays
