**The Role**

**Personal Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meticulously manage and coordinate the calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and engagements.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Organise travel arrangements and accommodation bookings with precision.
- Provide wide-ranging administrative support, including the preparation of memos, letters, invoices, and other corporate documents.
- Attend meetings, accurately record minutes, and track action items.
- Assist in organising dinners, social events, and public appearances.
- Oversee timelines and provide reviews for various projects.
- Conduct thorough research on potential business projects.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and expertise in diary management.
- High adaptability and flexibility to accommodate a dynamic work environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both verbally and in writing.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritising tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Fluent in French (preferred).
- Robust business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior management and executives.
- Proficient in building relationships across various levels of the organisation and with external contacts.
- Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent drafting, writing, and research skills.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
