Fp&a Analyst

Atkinson Moss is delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a FP&AAnalyst. This role will be integral in supporting business change by providing relevant management information and will support effective decision within Finance. The role willbe delivering financial and operational support and information using Excel, and Power BI platforms.

The role will support the finance Director, Head of finance and the wider business in the deployment of both financial and non-financial information.

This is a newly created role and comes with the autonomy to develop and shape the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take a lead role in the development and refinement of financial and data analysis, such that management information is impactful to senior management team
- Ensuring the data integrity of all financial models, reports,. Dashboards and analysis.
- Assistance to the senior management team in the development of operational and commercial performance metrics and develop early warning indicators
- Responsible for modelling the cashflow and balance sheer using key business drivers and other techniques
- Key role in the transition from Excel based budgeting and forecasting models to a planning toolset.
- Add value and promote BI platforms and planning toolsets

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience of operating in a complex high volume transactional business
- Advanced data analytic skills
- Advanced excel user, Power BI
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualification or Qualified by experience
- An effective communicator able to engage with a wider number of stakeholders to influence
- Wide business awareness and able to lead on both finance and non-finance matters
