**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring our customers receive an efficient bill validation solution on a consistent basis
- To monitor team workload levels for all aspects of their role
- Keeping company procedures updated and fully informing your team
- Drive and implement updates to company procedures whilst keeping your team informed
- Act as a first line escalation point for any high-level queries experienced by the team
- Inducting new starters to the required level
- Assist with sustainability data analysis and reporting, including CCA, EII, SECR, Min/Met, Greenhouse gas reporting

**Skills and experience required**:

- 3 yrs. - 5 yrs. energy Bureau bill validation
- Experience working for a utility supplier, brokerage or consultancy
- Solid understanding of the elements of a utility bill (Electricity, Gas and Water)
- Able to manage a small team including coaching, development and training
- PowerBI and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Market knowledge including energy price rates
- Ability to use data analysis to inform reporting and decision-making
- Experience using Optima systems (desirable)
