Based in Milton Keynes we have helped some of the UK's most prestigious and well-known businesses in the Food and hospitality industry optimise and improve their procurement and supply chain performance. Our business has grown significantly over the past year and we are looking to appoint an experienced leader to head up our data analytics and insight team.

The successful person will have a strong background in data management, analytics, system development and leading high performing teams, ideally having had some experience in the Food and Beverage Industry or FMCG. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated person who is looking for a new exciting challenge with plenty of headroom to develop their career with a leading consultancy business

The key purpose of the role is to Manage the company’s data and analytical activity, working closely with the operations team and our clients to ensure all data is accurate and timely. In addition you will lead the analytical team and drive continuous improvements and efficiencies in the way we manage our data.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within the procurement, supply chain, food or hospitality industry.
- Experience in developing and leading high performing teams
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Strong background in data analytics and data modelling, familiar with P2P systems, proficient in utilising analytics tools and reporting suites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and motivate team members.
- Ability to influence decision-making, and deliver value through data-driven evaluations and insights.
- High level of numeracy and an analytical approach
- Strong financial and commercial acumen

In return, you will receive:

- A competitive salary - £55,000 to £60,000 pa
