Lettings Valuer

The role of Lettings valuer is fast paced and as such you will be an ambitious individual eager to hone your skills across lettings. Ideally you will be someone who likes to see the process from beginning to end.

As Lettings valuer you will be responsible for:

- Driving market share and finding new opportunities
- Business Generation
- Carrying out administration duties from start to move in
- Building rapport and relationships with new and old investors

As Lettings valuer you will have the following skill set:

- Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
- Poses a can do attitude with drive to grow your career
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license with access to a car is preferred, not essential.
- Recent experience working within the property sector would be ideal but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
