**Further Competition Co-Ordinator x2 - Procurement Services - Fleet & Construction**

**Grade 6 - £25,878 to £27,344 per annum | Permanent | Full Time 37 hours per week | Closing Date: 23:55 on 26th February 2023**

Two exciting opportunities have arisen at YPO for Further Competition Co-ordinators to join the Procurement Services Fleet Team and the Construction Team, delivering further competition tasks and wider co-ordination activities.

The teams currently undertake Further Competitions on behalf of our public sector customers along with managing quotations and general admin and pipeline management within the category.

Reporting to the Category Manager, the post-holder will:

- Be responsible for undertaking all tactical processes & administrative activity to support the wider Team, Buyers, and Assistant Buyer.
- Support all operational requirements, such as (not exhaustive), supplier performance data capture, collation of customer and supplier data and spend portal management, telephone support, system housekeeping, administration, call planning & follow up work.
- Deal with internal and external customers and suppliers as required and manage the main team telephone number to external customers and suppliers.
- Demonstrate the YPO values & ways of working which support the overall business goals, show initiative rather than wait for tasks or instructions and work as one team to help grow the category.
- Manage all the administration on the e-tendering portal for tenders, working with the Buyers to upload all the tender questions, manage clarification, award documentation.
- To conduct all further competitions - dealing directly with customers at all levels of the business and fully manage the end-to-end Further Competition process.
- Managing all inboxes for the Team, dealing with customers, sending out Framework details and answering supplier and customer queries.
