**The Role**:
To support our growth, we are looking for a **Group Head of HR** who will be responsible for leading the continuous transformation and embedding the organisations culture across both the UK & US. You will champion the company’s values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

You will join our team of dedicated professionals to drive the people agenda across the business, bringing unity across the operating divisions, but also embracing and celebrating cultural diversity and local regulations and laws. To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially minded, collaborative and a trusted HR professional with great relationship skills to work with managers across the business in supporting their people strategy and driving excellence.

The role will be responsible for developing the HR strategy for the business, leading the HR team of four employees, listening to our employees, your key stakeholders and supporting the Management team in the UK and US.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Your responsibilities will centre on leading the UK & US Eckoh management
strategies.
- You will be responsible for the development of the HR Strategy across the business
as well as managing tactical HR work streams, such as Equality, Diversity and
Inclusion that aligns with our company values, business strategy and our
commitments.
- You will provide professional leadership ensuring compliance with current
regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Oversee the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department,
including maintaining and improving current HR systems.
- Drive the continuous HR improvement agenda, with a focus on employee
engagement and employee experience whilst maximizing productivity.
- Lead the organisational culture ensuring the Company’s Vision, mission and values
are embraced across the business.
- Managing workforce, you will possess a successful track record in a Global HR role,
with experience of managing teams remotely.
- You will have strong leadership skills with experience in managing and influencing
senior management, coaching, and developing more junior members of the HR
team, prioritising resources, and the ability to motivate a team.

**Key Skills**:

- Exceptional knowledge of both US & UK regulation, and HR practices.
- Proven leadership experience with exceptional leadership qualities in managing
departments & teams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships
across the business both in person and remotely.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with a highly energetic approach
and the ability to thrive in a business with a fast-changing, collaborative, culture.
- Strong commercial awareness, identifying the key areas where the people strategy
will deliver value to the operating teams. A background in technology, software,
payment security or contact centre sectors is preferred.
- The ability to analyse and review global HR data to recognize and identify trends.
- The ability to create the people’s strategy
- In-depth knowledge of employment law.
- Experience of working for a listed company is helpful.

**In addition, you will have**:

- An initiative-taking attitude and a passion for leading with integrity.
- Possess a commitment to being an inspiring model who will encourage
collaboration.
- Have a curious mindset, think innovatively and rationally about concerns, and
produce creative solutions.
- Superior interpersonal skills and a positive approachable manner.
- A minimum of 5 years plus experience in a Senior Management HR role.
- CIPD Level 5 upward or bachelor’s degree in HRM.
