Chase Taylor recruitment are working with a busy, successful window and doors installer and supplier. They are looking to employ an experienced window and door order processor to join their friendly team.

**The role**:

- 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
- Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
- Answering customer enquiries, estimating quotes
- Placing orders
- Gathering information for quotes for jobs
- Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
- Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
- Assist with admin duties as required
- Provide excellent customer service
- Have experience order processing windows and doors.
- Must be able to use order processing systems such as Window Designer, Logikal, etc.
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Be able to manage own workload
