Overview:
We are seeking a Kitchen Porter (KP) to join our team. As a KP, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the culinary industry and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
