**Learning & Development/Education**

1. Attend training sessions required to obtain qualifications and complete additional company or team training as needed.

2. Participate in extra training during working hours if necessary.

3. Engage in training outside working hours as required by the qualification provider.

4. Complete training assignments promptly to fulfil qualification requirements.

**Service Standards**

1. Treat each client with kindness and respect, ensuring they remain comfortable throughout their visit.

2. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of retail and backwash products to recommend suitable hair care solutions.

3. Understand all aspects of the client journey and attend training as needed to meet and exceed expectations.

**In-Salon Responsibilities**

1. Collaborate effectively within the team, showing respect for others.

2. Participate in training sessions and performance reviews.

3. Attend monthly assistant/apprentice meetings to foster team cohesion.

4. Assist the team in concierge support during active times.

5. Learn about and serve the refreshments available in the salon (alcohol for clients over 18 only).

6. Replenish stock for color, retail, and professional items.

7. Maintain general tidiness (e.g., salon cleanliness and bar upkeep) and handle tasks like loading/unloading the dishwasher.

8. Handle client payments following the client journey.

9. Adhere to skin testing protocols and uphold the "Salon Emotion" philosophy.

**General Duties**

1. Contribute to a positive and energetic salon atmosphere.

2. Remain courteous and professional, consistently promoting Alchemy & I’s brand values.

3. Set and maintain high standards of professionalism, ensuring salon cleanliness, appropriate behaviour, positive learning, and strong work ethics.

4. Stay updated on company policies and any changes via Tetra.

5. Show creativity and maintain a fun, engaging attitude.

6. Treat others as you wish to be treated, expressing passion and excitement for the industry.

Pay: £14,560.00 per year
