Burgess Hill, United Kingdom The Modality Partnership – Mid Sussex Division Full time

**Job Overview**

Modality Partnership has part-time and full-time vacancies for a Rota Coordinator. The postholder will be a high performing Rota Coordinator, working across Modality Mis-Sussex Division and across the Partnership providing administrative and operational support to ensure clinical sessions are applied from supervisor requests. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

This job is suitable for individuals who are career driven and have a passion for working in an agile manner, organised, and can deliver on key organisational priorities and who are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care.

The job is not suitable to people who are not resilient to working in a fast-paced environment, working flexibly in line with ever changing demands in Primary Care and the wider NHS.

**As an employee with us you can benefit from**:

- Enrolment to the NHS pension scheme
- Annual leave minimum 27 days, plus 8 days bank holiday pro rata
- Employee discounts and benefits scheme
- Employee assistance programme (EAP)
- Education and career pathways

If you are interested in learning more, please read on.

**Main duties of the job**

The postholder will work as part within the Central Administration function and will be responsible for the inputting of rotas and shifts for trainees into the clinical appointments system for Modality Partnership. This will involve close liaison with key stakeholders, particularly the Clinical Education Partner lead, HYMS tutors, GP trainers, Clinical Team Leads and the Premises & Facilities Managers. The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring we offer effective clinical supervision and education for our trainees and training clinicians.

The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job; the job requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.

**Overview of your organisation**

We are one of the largest GP super-partnerships in the UK, serving over 450,000 patients and with a workforce of 1500+. We are unique, we are always looking at ways to improve our delivery of services through the implementation of new and innovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation. Your job is to work directly with key stakeholders to help us to harmonise ways of working and improve working practices to improve patient and staff satisfaction.

All employees are welcomed to enrol in our employee benefits scheme and NHS pension scheme. We are committed to developing our people through education and career pathways and who align to our organisational values of CARE.

Please refer to the supporting documents section to retrieve the JD detailing the core responsibilities of this role.

You will love this job if you have a passion for thinking outside the box, are responsive to organisation requirements where fast turnaround can sometimes be required, you are driven to find and implement solutions to improve the day to day working environment. You will learn more because you will improve the way we work from the ground up whist working closely with leadership teams to influence service improvement.

You will hate this role if you are seeking a job that is repetitive and you do not like fast paced rota changes that may sometimes occur, you prefer the status quo and are comfortable with more traditional ways of working.

As part of recruitment to the Modality Partnership, we will be checking the vaccination status of all new starters so that we can manage individual and environmental risks. We will offer support to those who may be undecided about vaccinations. Some vaccinations for certain roles are mandatory, and you will be asked to provide evidence of this where there is a mandatory requirement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
We require high performing team members to join our team with:
