**The Role**

Approaching members of the public to complete surveys and questionnaires. The first project you will be assigned on is with a public sector organisation part of the Department of Transport where you will approach members of the public across locations in Luton to complete questionnaires about their experience of travel in the area.
- Types of work:_Passenger Satisfaction Surveys, Visitor Attraction Surveys, Retail Exit Surveys, Local Authority Research, Consumer Goods Research, Product Testing Recruitment

**Locations**

We will require you to travel to different locations across Luton. The primary project we will assign you for will require you to travel to bus stops, bus stations and on the busses themselves; available locations include _Luton Station Interchange_ & _Luton Airport_. Travel expenses are covered as mentioned below.

Further details will be explained by the regional manager who will give further details once you’re free to be scheduled shifts.

**Shift Patterns & Pay**

Pay rates start from _£12.70_ per hour (including holiday pay) with public transport expenses paid and/or mileage (35p per mile) and parking if you travel by car. The pay rate increases for weekend and evening shifts. Shifts will typically run 3-6 hours long and may run in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Pay is Monthly on the 28th of each month.

**When do I start working?**

After completing a Training Session, you may be asked to start immediately. If you have no market experience, you will be accompanied on your first shift with someone experienced to provide support and help familiarise you with the practical aspects of the role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.70-£14.54 per hour
