We have won the hospital discharge contract in South Gloucestershire and are now hiring for experienced care workers to help set up this fantastic new service based in Yate, Kingswood, Filton, Patchway and surrounding areas.

**Requirements**:

- Have previous experience in care work
- Full Driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Be able to work Full or part time( includes alternate weekends)
- Shifts 7am
- 3pm and 3pm-10pm
- Empathy, patience, compassion, reliability and attention to detail is a must

You gain:

- £11.25 weekdays, £12.00 weekends, £16 bank holidays
