**Job Description**:
This is a key role ensuring that the production of components are made on time and meets the specification in compliance with drawings.

Reporting to the Production Manager, in this role you will be working as part of a team of operatives within the production department.

In this role you will be required to programming, setting and operating a variety of CNC machines within the machine shop environment, produce components to required tolerances and quality standards right first time and maintain finishing components to the highest quality standards.

This role would suit someone who likes working as part of a team and is capable of setting and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards for the team.

**Experience Required**
- Experience of programming, setting and operating CNC Fanuc machine within a machine shop environment
- Ability to manufacture precision components
- Fully understand engineering drawings in terms of tolerances, surface finish
- Machining Apprenticeship or timeserved experience required.
- Enjoys working under pressure
- Thinks methodically and enjoys problem solving
- Can meet deadlines
