**Sales Trainer - (Sales Academy Manager)**

**The role**:
Kubrick Group exists to help solve the digital skills emergency which is holding back both industry and society. We do this by creating the workforce of the future, equipping our people in valuable next-generational technologies. Our unique model has allowedus to train over 1500 data specialists in the US and UK who have supported projects for 100 clients.

We are a rapidly growing organization and to continue this level of growth we wish to make a significant investment in creating an entry-level sales academy program for account management.

To achieve this, we are recruiting a brand-new Sales Academy Manager who will take ownership of our Sales Academy and L&D within our sales team. We are open to people with varying experience but are fundamentally looking for someone with success in trainingand developing salespeople.

You will be responsible for the efficiency and productivity of our sales team in two distinct ways: create a new global academy that all new sales hires will work within for 6 months preparing them for life as an account manager, sales operation associate,or business development specialist and you will mentor team leaders to help improve the productivity of their account teams.

This role will be supporting teams in both the UK and the US with some travel expected to our US offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and deliver our global sales onboarding and training programs and processes, using relevant mediums to fit the audience and content
- Help hire and then manage the sales academy members for the initial 6 months overseeing their progress through the structured training program
- Motivate and educate sales academy members to ensure that all their training goals and KPIs are achieved
- Ensure that on passing the academy their onboarding into their new team and role is seamless
- Produce and continuously improve learning content and materials, including e-learning courses
- Constantly re-evaluate training needs, conduct skills gap analyses, and develop learning paths to improve our sales execution and reduce ramp-up time for new hires
- Provide 1-1 and group performance coaching to improve key areas of improvement, guidance, and development with other sales team members
- Provide the best in class facilitation experience, including responsibility for scheduling training set up and monitoring feedback
- Collaboration with peers globally to adapt or deliver global training initiatives
- Delivering the capability to upskill the client team in solutions-based technical partner accreditations
- Some travel to our US offices is required - with our hybrid working approach the majority of our training is delivered virtually, but we are expecting to deliver some training face-to-face in the near future.

**Here is what you bring**:
You are ideally a sales leader with excellent coaching capabilities or an L&D professional within sales. You like to work with people and people like to work with you. You have been told on many occasions that your sales leadership skills have acceleratedthe careers of junior salespeople. With a sharp eye for individual needs, you can balance the role of analytics in sales with the need to be human. You have experience in B2B sales environments that will help you understand the need of our clients and ourcompany. Overall, you love teaching and leading people and take pride in their success.

**We would love you to have**:

- Proven capability of managing teams of sales trainees where high levels of success have been achieved
- You are motivated by the successes and development milestones people achieve under your guidance
- Highly successful and demonstrable sales training or consulting experience, with specific experience of at least one of the core sales methodologies
- Proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Previous experience of working either in a Recruitment, Talent or Consulting environment or demonstrable experience of moving sales populations from transactional to consultative sales behaviours
- Strong data analytics usage to improve performance and make sales people more effective
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, engaging personality
- Knowledge of global sales markets would be desirable particularly with direct US experience
- Proven track record in training and/or coaching sales teams
- Experience developing and delivering sales trainings for groups and individuals
- Excellent qualification skills
